Most of Slovakia’s public sector art work was created in the time period between years 1945 and 1989, this was related to political and legislative measures adopted in socialist Czechoslovakia, following the model of Western countries. Works passed quality and professional competition. In my photographic work I have focused at just how these works look today. And only thing left for me is to quote the curator of the exhibition: "Thus these works are becoming part of bizarre contexts."
